The Acropolis Steakhouse in Portland

Walked in after a 27 minute Lyft ride from Vancouver and was refused service by overweight bouncer on a superiority high. Claimed I was drunk when I hadn't touched a drop for 3 hours and only had one at that time.....mind you this was before 9pm....from what I gather from previous reviews is the POS bouncer just assumes you are drunk because you are taking a Lyft/Uber and refuses service. Asked his name and he refused because he knew he was in the wrong....we will NEVER visit this establishment again,. Absolute joke!

They just reopened the kitchen, prices are now doubled across the board. Goodbye Acropolis, you will be missed.

This is more of a review for the food than for the women. I heard that the owner of this establishment also owns a ranch. This is why the steaks are huge and inexpensive. They have plenty of beers on tap (65). Very affordable prices and pretty down to earth.

Is it wrong to say I mainly went there for the famous T-bone despite the beautiful lovely girls they have there? Well, I did. The staff are super friendly so long as you respect the house rules. Was my first time there and all I gotta say is that their girls are amazing and the performances they dish out is top notch.

Best path to steak and legs heaven.

The food was great and very filling. The steaks we were served were very juicy and big. The baked potato I had was huge. Our server was very nice. The only downsides were we paid a $5 cover fee to go in and eat steak, you have to prepay after ordering, there's no A1 or 57 steak sauce, and there's no sour cream (for the baked potatoes).

The best rib eye in town!!! Huge steak and eggs for $11. Over 21 only !!

This joint was everything my dude said it would be!! SICK!! Once I got back to Portland from Seattle I stopped in the place & ordered the Steak and Legs special. Steak bites and hot chicks while watching NBA, doesn't get any better right!? I'm not even fond of steak but these steak bites were amazing, and they filled the plate. This place is definitely worth the bang of your buck, not expensive at all & service was excellentoooo.

One of the best steaks I've had in years. Just remember that this is also a strip club so no one under 21!!!!

Food is decent and very cheap. Dancers are a mixed bag like most any gentlemen’s club. Some are alarmingly thin, some are unfriendly, some are neither. The place could use a remodel as it looks/smells like any other sleazy strip club inside. It’s not bad to stop in every now and then. Go before 5:30 and there’s no cover.

Absolutely amazing food and the staff was phenomenal. As were the amazing and very beautiful dancers. Thank you Acropolis, I will be back

Loved this place. It's an open-air rooftop steakhouse. Usually on Sat there's a DJ...very lively for Bev Hills. Food is amazing...expensive but expected. Service was outstanding. I'll definitely go again.

Steak and strippers, what's not to like! Cheap T-bone that was decent, 10.00 for a 16 oz, can't complain. Wouldn't go out of my way to go there again though.

To be honest, I'm being generous by giving this restaurant one star. The food is pretty awful. The steaks are tough and bland. I ordered my eggs sunny-side up, but they arrived hard and scrambled. None of the food was seasoned. For the price, I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal, but I thought it would at least be tasty. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great time coming here! I was pretty skeptical about the steak bites being too dry but they were cooked perfect! Great atmosphere and ladies! Had a blast taking my cousin from out of town here! Not much of a strip club person but this place definitely deserves a visit just for the great food and experience!

We walked about 20 minutes from the max station and she said we were visibly intoxicated. So I'm not sure what's going on there. No one has ever told me that in my life. The place is pretty ghetto so avoid at all costs.

Check out Sedona! Went in on a Saturday day to kick start the weekend with their amazing steak bites! All of the dancers were skilled and great, but i have to highly recommend Sedona. She immediately said hi and smiled to everyone when she came down on stage, and made the crowd laugh and feel welcomed, and had killer pole tricks. I had to sit at the rack and get some dances afterward which were incredible! Amazing experience! 10/10 recommend this place, the girls, and food

The steak bites are 5 star! The food is awesome but the place itself isnt the best. I dont go inside anymore just order food from the to-go window. They were charging a weak $3-4 cover and nothing going on, id rather there be a 1 drink minimum so i get something but the service inside can be very slow. When i say i go for the food, i really go just for the food. Lol.

The food is great but they are charging a 4 percent use your card fee. They do not tell you its being charged and when you ask they are extremely rude and point at this sign and walk off..

Rarely have we not been happy. Got take out many times. That why we end up back here. Menu outside..knock on the door to give your order. Reasonable prices too.

2 out of 4 dancers were great. Server was terrible though. She asked our order, brought our order and never came back. I tried getting her attention and she completely ignored us the whole time. Thankfully the always amazing steak bites made up for it.

Dancers and home grown, grass fed steak. How could you paying this in a bad light!? This place has got it all! I recommend the breakfast steak and eggs, something like $5 for the meal and cooked the way you want it.

We have ordered food on grub hub often! I am a 12yr vet of Acropolis food! After owner passed away food went south BAD! TONIGHT we ordered and food was AMAZING! Back to the old days AMAZING! please please please keep this path of the good days and FANOMINAL food! We love your food!

Decent steak. Especially for the price. Decent entertainment. Though Casa Diablo was more fun, and had a larger staff.

I love this place but the last several times I have ordered to go, my card is way over charged. I’m not talking about the .25 per to go item either. There’s always an extra few bucks charged. The last time they over charged me by 11$. I asked the cook what happened and he blamed the bartender. I certainly hope this was just a coincidence. But 3 times in a row and various amounts is sketchy to me and I don’t trust the place anymore. I will pay cash only from now on. I hope the bartender that works days isn’t scamming people on the regular, especially inside where the patrons are having drinks and a Good time. If it’s the cooks ringing in the order then I just hope people are checking their receipts.

Ordered a bunch of food and for the most part it was good. I got medium rare steak bites and my partner got medium well...was great but mine was cold. Quality of the food with the price is unbeatable for sure either way. I'm going to try that $10 colossal next time.

Awesome dive bar / strip club / steakhouse

Not just for the value, still one of the best places to get steak around. And if you're offended by going into an adult establishment, they have an order window you can walk up to and get food to go without ever stepping inside.

This place is amazing. Every dancer was skilled, and beautiful. The steaks...are really bomb for the type of place it is, and they are quick when you take I to account the size of the crowd on a given night. 10/10 recommend this bar. Def not for kids, or people that are shy. I guarantee a good time at this bar.Until next time Acropolis...P.S. Alaska loves you!!!!
